Hotel Toskana - Wiesbaden

Comfortable room with airconditioning and a king size bed, as example...

Good for an overnight stay. Modern and cute little hotel and nice restaurant. Economy double room with a king size bed. Paid £ 43.

The room was cramped but the air conditioning made our stay comfortable.

Good free facilities as underground parking, wifi and free phone use (for fixed phones), excellent value for money breakfast buffet.

Staff is friendly. Great breakfasts.

Horrible pillows.

The staff was helpful, especially during a tech mishap. They even offered the use of a desktop computer. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold international dishes, including smoked fish, and excellent coffee service. While the room was small and clean, it did lack air conditioning, fine for a November visit. Maneuvering into the narrow garage was a bit challenging for a driver used to larger spaces.

The breakfast was fantastic! We were not even able to try everything served. 24 hours tea and coffee facilities are on the ground floor. Free Internet in the room was perfect. No parking problem.

Location, close to motorway

The service -is poor ! I was arriving at 23h00 and indicated this during my booking. Nevertheless I found a closed hoteldoor and a sign - in German only - to call a specific tel nr. After doing so I for a message to call again another nr and then got someone to tell me that I can find my key in some safe... When you know a guest is still to arrive, I would expect you have the reception area manned ! Very disappointing and therefore last time I stayed there.

I reserved a smoking room. When I arrived there was no smoking room (only one in the hotel) available. If I would have known that beforehand I would have gone to a different hotel. During the first night of our stay there was a large group of visitors making terrible noiese in front of the hotel in the middle of the night. I found it unpleasant to see that there is no staff available at night. I had to quiet the group myself.

located in a suburb of wiesbaden and close to frankfurt; competitive price; free underground parking; free wireless internet with good signal; quiet surroundings; large room and bathroom, and clean; nice free liquid hand soap and bath soap; i could use the reception fridge to keep an important medicine cool; quick access to/from autobahn

the furniture is a little bit old; the POS was not functional, i couldnot pay with the card; hotel can be easily missed when arriving by car (masked by trees); no fridge in the room

Excellent breakfast and courtesy of staff. The position is not the best to visit the city, but it's close by car. Very good cost ratio.

Room readiness clearly needs improvement!!! Ceiling fan alone may not suffice for comfort during warm nights!!! Communication about mobility-related room requests could be more attentive and respectful!!!

The family that runs the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. They directed us to a very nice restaurant down the road for dinner.
